Transplant Literature Review

During my transplant rotation, I had the opportunity to conduct a literature review on a relevant topic of my choice. In my article titled, "Overcoming Barriers to Frailty Improvement in Pre-Liver Transplant Patients," I aimed to define the term "frail" and synthesize current findings associated with frailty diagnosis, interventions for improvement, barriers to such interventions, and potential solutions to these barriers. I was fortunate to have my article recognized and published in UW-Health's Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics.
