Food Systems: Food Safety

Libbi (another UW-Health dietetic intern) and I worked together to create slides outlining ServSafe concepts to be presented at culinary team huddles, as well as be posted on TVs throughout the kitchen. Simultaneously, we created complementary posts to be featured on UW-Health Nutrition Services' social media pages for "Food Safety Friday."
